Mang yoga sequence: Mountain pose; Plank pose; Warrior pose; Forward Bend pose; Face Stand pose; Arm Chair pose.
Mang Yoga. Start with Mountain pose, go down to Plank, lung into Warrior, Forward bend to Face Stand (advanced technique- not for noobs), then Arm Chair. Repeat 10 times.
