Mang ties weather balloons to wheelchair, he releases weights and begins his ascension. Soon he is above building tops and goes up into the clouds, where he says, dang its cold up heer!
Mang ties weather balloons to a wheelchair and ascends to the heavens. It turns out it’s really cold up there!
